COL Joseph J. Hoffert serves as the Division Chief of the Risk Management Executive Division (RMED) and the DHA Senior Information Security Officer (SISO). RMED implements the DHA Cybersecurity Program governing all Information Technology (IT) under the authority, direction, and control of the DHA Director, consistent with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity policy.
